Who We Are:
Community Services Coordination Network (CSCN) coordinates access to services and supports for adults with developmental disabilities across the Southwest region of Ontario. For children and youth with complex needs, CSCN works alongside families to help coordinate supports and services. Through connection, collaboration, and engagement, CSCN staff partner with individuals, families, service providers, and community organizations to support families and individuals in understanding and connecting with services and supports.
Who You Are:
You are adaptable and eager to learn, with a willingness to take on new tasks and adjust to changing priorities. You enjoy working with others and communicating clearly, while also bringing a creative mindset and fresh ideas.
