We are looking for a Data Science and AI Technology Lead who is strategic, collaborative, and hands-on to join us in our Digital and Technology team, based in our HQ office in Brussels, Belgium.
About the role
You will shape the technology direction behind UCB’s advanced analytics and artificial intelligence platforms and turn it into secure, scalable capabilities that deliver real business outcomes. With a global scope across multiple domains, you will lead platform evolution end to end from roadmap and architecture to delivery, governance, and operations. Your decisions will directly influence how data scientists, analysts, and business teams consume data and artificial intelligence at scale. You will work closely with internal teams and technology partners to introduce new services, integrate tools, and continuously evolve the analytics landscape.
