About the Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a Data Scientist to join our Database Marketing team.
Responsibilities- Build, maintain and optimize predictive models for Gaming Marketing Campaigns.
- Prepare datasets for modeling – cleaning, transforming, feature engineering and validating data sources.
- Maintain documentation for model inputs, business rules and assumptions.
- Support campaign operations by producing analytical variables, flags, segments and model‑driven attributes.
- Perform ad hoc analysis to support marketing decision making.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards and recurring reports for models and campaign performance.
- Work with the Campaign Manager to ensure model outputs are correctly used during targeting and list creation.
- Collaborate with Loyalty Marketing and other business units to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
