Job Description
We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our Production Operations team in Singapore. This is a client‑facing role supporting strategic customers with fraud detection and risk scoring, ensuring secure and seamless integration with the company’s Identity Solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Support customers in maintaining platform integration for fraud detection and risk scoring.
- Perform data analytics to monitor fraud patterns and system performance.
- Recommend, configure, and fine‑tune rules for fraud prevention.
- Provide technical support to resolve customer and operations team issues.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Around 5 years of experience in data analysis, modeling, visualization, and reporting.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
