POSITION OVERVIEW
The Tribe Artificial Intelligence – AI Tribe at BNP Paribas Fortis is looking for a Data Scientist who will strengthen our AI‑driven solutions for both customers and employees. Working within the ISPL ITG Fortis ADM department (based in Chennai), you will turn raw data into reliable features, build and optimise predictive and generative models, and help move those models into production with robust monitoring and automation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect, label, curate, structure and perform feature‑engineering on diverse data sources to improve model performance.
- Apply a broad spectrum of analytical techniques (classical ML, generative AI, data‑centric approaches) to answer business questions and enrich our AI assets.
- Deploy AI applications to production using the full tool‑chain (CI/CD pipelines, Apache Airflow, MLflow, Docker/Kubernetes, etc.).
