What You’ll Do
- Develop and deploy AI/ML models to improve customer experience, revenue generation, and operational efficiency
- Translate business problems into data-driven solutions and move use cases from pilot to production
- Ensure production readiness of models (training, documentation, and handover)
- Monitor and measure impact of AI initiatives (e.g., efficiency gains, cost savings, faster resolution times)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale adoption of AI solutions across the organization
