In this role, you will leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling to uncover insights from workforce data, supporting strategic talent decisions across the organization. You will partner closely with HR, Talent Management, and business leaders to deliver data-driven solutions that enhance employee experience, improve workforce planning, and inform diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies.
