Job Description
As the
Data Scientist,
you will own the design, development, and validation of AI and machine learning models that power the company's platform intelligent capabilities - document extraction, exception detection, sentiment analysis, predictive analytics, and similar features. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop AI and ML models for in-scope use cases - document extraction, exception classification, sentiment detection, and predictive analytics Evaluate model performance against production quality thresholds - define and track accuracy, precision, recall, and confidence scoring Support MLOps pipeline design in collaboration with the Cloud/MLOps Engineer - versioning, monitoring, and retraining Document model design decisions, training data, evaluation methodology, and known limitations Maintain model performance as the platform scales to new entities and market
