Job Description

Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, 5 Simmonds Street

Ensure adherence to Data, Information Governance and data management practices at business unit, entity, and group levels. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data milestones and metrics are met as per defined KPIs and contracting. Develop data integration business standards, metrics and processes that can be implemented at a business unit, entity and group levels. Act as proxy for business data owner to ensure execution on data ownership requirements in line with Data Ownership Standard.

Minimum qualifications

  • Degree in Information Technology / Information Studies

Experience required

  • Minimum 8 -10 years experience in data management, governance or analytics with in-depth knowledge of data modelling, architecture, metadata, data warehouse, data platforms, cloud architecture, data integration and data security.
