United States - Remote (within location) The Database & Development Manager is TSA’s in‑house expert for all fundraising information systems. Reporting to the CDO, this role safeguards data integrity, delivers actionable analytics, builds reliable reports, campaigns, and dashboards, and delivers analytics that drive revenue across annual, major‑gift, digital, and corporate channels. As a key partner in Moves Management, the administrator creates automated journeys, alerts, and dashboards that cue the CDO and Director of Development on next‑step stewardship by donor tier, and ensures gifts are receipted and acknowledgements are sent immediately after donation. The role also produces Board‑ready reports and visualisations, translating complex data into clear charts and insights for the CDO’s strategic planning and Board presentations.
