You will work with the world’s largest computing infrastructure, learning daily operations at a large data center, troubleshooting servers and network equipment, and collaborating with logistics, networking, and security teams.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshoot all hardware and related problems.
- Perform basic OS troubleshooting and basic configuration troubleshooting.
- Perform hardware replacement to support repair actions.
- Perform storage media (HDD, SSD, etc.) sanitization and destruction tasks.
- Maintain a high level of system reliability by prioritizing resolution of trouble tickets efficiently.
