Job Description
GoKardz Technologies is looking for a network support professional in Kuala Lumpur to provide 2nd and 3rd level support for Network International. Candidates must have strong networking knowledge and experience at Cisco CCNP level, and be able to handle incidents and support various network projects.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, enjoy problem-solving, and have a background in computer science. This role requires participation in weekend, holiday and on-call support.
