Responsibilities
- Accurate execution of data generation processes
- Provide data in the right formats to the corresponding G+D stakeholders
- Provide response files to the different customers
- Follow Professional Services process landscape and compliance requirements
- Take accountability and responsibility towards assigned process roles
- Awareness of updates in the product/service specification
- Give support to other G+D departments’ requests regarding data generation
- Be informed of new product releases
- Coordinate with R&D department for new software releases and updates
- Send response files or reports required internally or by the customer
