Job Description This post, although based at Crosslet House Day Services will be peripatetic between Crosslet and Queens Quay Day Services. As this is a part-time post of 16 hours per week, the salary will be pro rata to the hours worked. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to work within our day services, alongside our established team of workers, to support older adults to access activities in the community and within our Day Service Buildings. You will provide a high standard of care and support to individuals and groups consistent with their needs and wishes. You will be responsible for carrying out the day to day activities of the day centre, delivering consistent high standards within the principles of person centred care. This will include integrated partnership working with NHS and Local Authority colleagues, the private and voluntary sector to provide a holistic approach to supports for older adults.
