Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Private Duty Home Care – Bloomfield Hills, MI
CareOne Senior Care is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care for a private-duty client in their home.
Schedule
+ Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
+ 3 Days Per Week
Pay
+ $33.00–$35.00 per hour
This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN who enjoys building relationships and taking a leadership role in a home care setting.
Responsibilities
+ Serve as the lead nurse for an in-home client
+ Provide tube feeding and skilled nursing care
+ Organize and manage medical supplies
+ Coordinate care and communicate with the family and CareOne office
+ Accompany the client to physician appointments and assist with care coordination
+ Provide Foley catheter care
+ Assist with range of motion (ROM) exercises
+ Observe, document, and report changes in condition
+ Maintain a safe and organized care environment
