Job Summary:
This position provides direct support and care to individuals participating in the Behavioral Day Program. The staff member will assist with activities of daily living, implement individualized programs, and contribute to a positive and supportive program environment.
The staff member will work closely with the program manager and other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure the program is effective and meets the individual needs of participants.
Transports individuals to community-based events.
