Key Responsibilities:
• Inspire and lead staff within the Day Services department
• Create impactful programming in partnership with management
• Develop participant skills through community integration
• Mentor team members to maximize effectiveness
• Guide overall programming and service initiatives
Requirements:
• Relevant experience supporting those with intellectual disabilities
• Management expertise is an asset
