Your Role Will Include
- Taking full responsibility for a designated geographical patch , ensuring all repairs are delivered efficiently and to high standards.
- Supervising operatives and subcontractors across various trades, driving productivity and quality of workmanship.
- Managing day-to-day responsive repairs works , ensuring jobs are completed on time and to customer satisfaction.
- Carrying out post-inspections and quality checks on completed works.
