Align HCM is looking for an experienced Dayforce WFM System Consultant to join our growing Dayforce practice. In this role, you will guide clients through the end-to-end implementation of Dayforce Workforce Management, building strong client relationships grounded in trust, delivering high-quality configuration work, and growing your expertise across the Dayforce WFM product suite.
Primary Duties and Key Responsibilities
- Lead clients through end-to-end Dayforce WFM implementations, spanning requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-go-live support.
