Job Description
**Sandwich Line Team Member – Main Responsibilities**
+ Set up and stock the sandwich line with all required ingredients, utensils, and packaging before service
+ Prepare and assemble sandwiches, sides, and plates to company standards with accuracy and speed
+ Portion chicken salad and other ingredients consistently to ensure quality and cost control
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation throughout the shift
+ Follow all food safety, sanitation, and temperature control guidelines
+ Communicate clearly with team members to ensure smooth, efficient service during peak times
+ Restock ingredients and supplies as needed without disrupting workflow
+ Assist with prep tasks (chopping, portioning, labeling) as directed by management
