Summary: Badger State Maintenance's Field Supervisors, arguably the most important position in our organization, provides a series of tasks leading a team of people collectively to complete our projects on budget, on time and completed correctly all while maintaining Badger State Maintenance's professional standards. Role and Responsibilities Directs crew & activities on the job site. Accountable for crews production rates, and material budgets & Accountability Chart. Communicates schedule changes to Project Manager or additional resources required to complete the job on budget. Tracks and records all job expenses including clocking in crew and populating photos in live time via LMN. Maintains a clean, organized and safe job site including equipment and vehicle(s). Ensures that all installation work is performed in accordance with industry and company standards. Regular communication with our clients & Production Manager(s).
