A thriving, expanding software house is seeking an SQL Server database whizz to provide technical support on specialist management systems, working closely with the product team to assist with software deployment and maintenance.
What will you be doing?
Working with clients to:
Schedule & prepare software ready for installationLiaise with clients to arrange and confirm software installation and upgrade plansInstall software, updates and patches onto servers and client sites via remote accessConfigure servers (Company’s and client’s) ready for use including configuring databases and securityAnalyse data migration and integration requirementsPrepare specifications and action plansDevelop & execute data migration and data transformation scriptsWrite queries and procedures to select and extract data from SQL Server databasesAssist with diagnosis of syste...
