Overview
We are seeking DC Operations Shift Technicians to join our team and support day-to-day data center operations. This role involves working on a 12-hour rotational shift to ensure smooth operations, support incident management, and maintain high availability of data centre facilities and systems.
Responsibilities- Perform daily data centre operations including ticket management, infrastructure monitoring, and remote hands support.
- Troubleshoot and manage incidents, escalating issues to internal teams or vendors when required.
- Conduct periodic health checks and report anomalies in DC facilities, IT, and network systems.
- Support equipment setup and relocation, including rack/stack, intra-rack cabling, power cycling, and related activities.
- Escort and supervise vendors, contractors, and customers during visits, deliveries, and installations.
