The Role
There are two roles available – one managing inbound, and one managing outbound. Reporting to the Distribution Centre Manager, you will lead the inbound/outbound operations of the Drury DC, managing a team of 18 to 20 operators and two supervisors.
This is a hands‑on, execution-focused leadership role accountable for the safe, accurate, and efficient flow of inbound stock, daily output against KPIs, and continuous improvement across your team. You will be on the floor with your people, setting the standard and lifting performance day in, day out.
