The Company We are seeking an experienced CRM Project Manager to lead and deliver a CRM implementation for a regional financial services client. The PM will oversee end-to-end project delivery, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors. This is 6 month extendable contract. The Role . Lead end-to-end CRM implementation projects, from initiation through delivery and handover . Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and dependencies . Act as the primary point of contact between business, technology teams, and vendors . Drive requirements alignment, solution design coordination, and implementation planning . Oversee system integration, data migration, testing, and deployment . Ensure adherence to project governance, reporting, and documentation standards .
