One of TEKsystems Data Centre clients in Calgary is looking for a dynamic Data Centre Operator. This is a critical role, managing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and optimization of the electrical and mechanical infrastructure supporting our client’s mission-critical facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for facility monitoring, preventative maintenance, optimization, health and safety, incident response/reporting, as well as planning & prioritizing corrective maintenance activities. The DCO role reports directly to the Data Center Manager. Main Responsibilities Responsible for Facility Health & Safety Management of both preventative and corrective infrastructure maintenance Develop, maintain, and adhere to procedural and technical documentation Respond to fault conditions, diagnose, and assist with root cause analysis/repair/remediation Management of local data center infrastructure and asset lifecycle Compliance with relevant SSAE 18, IS...
