The Senior Design Lead:
- Develop, design, and test the backup power systems for telecommunications and data centers.
Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each:

- Design and development of new products in NPD (New Product Development) team
- Designing electrical components for power/back-up supply units for data centers and the telecommunications industry.
- Preparing electrical drawings, block diagrams, and circuit schematics.
- Developing technical documentation and list of materials for electrical components.
- Preparation of test instructions for the designed products.
- Implementing and managing engineering changes.
