Responsibilities
- Managing mailbox and ServiceNow tickets
- Customer service via email and ticketing system
- Handling critical processes for US payroll and payroll tax
- First point of contact for the onshore team on all payroll and tax related requests
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
Project Shift Schedule: Night Shift
Project Rest Day: Weekends Off
Project/Team Location: Mandaluyong Robinsons Cybergate Tower 1.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant payroll experience
- At least 1 year of US payroll or US payroll tax experience
