Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced person to fill the role of Dealer 'Systems & Application' Support Specialist, responsible for delivering a system support across our dealership network, with a focus on effective system usage and process alignment.
This role requires a strong understanding of Automotive dealership systems and processes, with a specific focus on Sales, Sales Administration, Post-Service, and Sales Experience Follow-Up systems.
The successful person will play a key role in supporting dealerships, resolving system-related issues, improving process adoption, and driving effective system usage, while building strong relationships with dealer staff and Toyota management.
