Job Description
The Dean of Technology will provide academic, strategic, and administrative leadership to the School/Faculty of Technology. The role is responsible for academic excellence, faculty leadership, curriculum innovation, research growth, industry engagement, student outcomes, accreditation, and long-term development of technology education aligned with the university’s vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for all academic, research, and administrative functions of the technology school.
- Lead the design, review, and continuous improvement of undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs in technology-related disciplines.
- Ensure academic quality, relevance, and alignment with emerging industry and research trends.
- Recruit, develop, mentor, and evaluate faculty members to build a high-performing academic team.
