The Debit Cards Customer Value Proposition (CVP) Manager is responsible for managing and evolving the end-to-end debit card product portfolio , with a strong focus on customer value proposition (CVP), usage growth, and lifecycle optimization . This role is more product- and strategy-led , with benefits forming part of a broader debit card value proposition.
Key Responsibilities- Own and evolve the debit card value proposition across key customer segments
- Identify customer needs, usage drivers, and pain points to support CVP refresh initiatives
- Conduct competitor and market benchmarking to ensure product relevance
- Drive debit card activation, usage frequency, and spend penetration
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and profitability
