Job Description
Location: Blackheath Industria, Cape Town
We are looking for a Debriefing Clerk to support warehouse and transport operations by ensuring accurate debriefing of vehicles and correct handling of all related documentation.
Key duties include:

Debriefing vehicles and reconciling trip sheets, PODs and purchase orders

Checking documentation for accuracy, signatures and dates

Capturing and maintaining accurate records on systems

Assisting with driver and delivery-related queries

Supporting receiving, dispatch, stock counts and housekeeping

Reporting discrepancies, risks or non-compliance to management
-
Working in line with health, safety and operational procedures
Minimum requirements:
