Job Description
We are looking for Debt collectors to handle both telephone collections and on-site visits
when required. This role is suited for someone confident, and comfortable conducting face-to-face interactions in a professional manner. Key Responsibilities Conduct collection calls and follow-ups with overdue customers Perform on-site visits to addresses when necessary to facilitate communication or deliver notices Negotiate and arrange payment solutions professionally Identify accounts with elevated default risk and escalate Monitor repayment progress and loan status Ensure all field and office activities are conducted ethically and in compliance with regulations Requirements Singaporeans only Comfortable performing field visits professionally Must meet Singapore's fit and proper requirements for debt collection personnel Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 100% commission-based, no cap on earnings 4-day work week Application Interested candidates are invited to subm...
