Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- To assist the product engineer in terms of product family in achieving yield target; scrap cost target, debug accuracy target & lean projects eval.
- Support for PE evaluations, projects and analysis, BOM cost improvements evaluations (over temp), Test time reduction projects, Prime Yield improvement, Spec file verifications / qualifications (include Partest) and Support and confirm OBA failure and analysis.
- ROHS debug and failure analysis.
- Real Time debug – debug findings reports.
- Improvement in debug accuracy through training with PE buddy (Rwk, NTF accuracy; retest reduction opportunities). Scrap Cost Monitoring by Product.
- Ensure compliance to Safety, ESD, Cleanroom and Housekeeping guidelines. Able to work with minimum supervision.
