The Decision Analytics Consultant is a strategic advisor who bridges complex technical landscapes and business outcomes. The role leads end‑to‑end business analysis workstreams, leveraging advanced analytics and statistical modeling to transform ambiguous clinical or operational data into actionable insights.
Impact & Responsibilities
- Independently manage end‑to‑end business analysis workstreams and act as consultant to cross‑functional teams, aligning project goals with long‑term solution roadmaps.
- Data‑Driven Decision Making: gather, analyze, and interpret complex quantitative and qualitative datasets to inform product and user experience decisions.
- Solution Design & Product Development: translate complex business requirements into strategic implementation plans, design data products (datasets, KPI frameworks), and evaluate vendor solutions to ensure they meet technical and business standards.
