Communicate and provide payers with needed documentation to obtain approved authorizations for medical cases.Check department mail and messages and respond accordingly.Manage and filter vendors as they come to visit staff and/or patients.Coordinates referrals/triggers/orders to the department to ensure delivery of services is provided in a timely manner.Preforms clerical and administrative tasks within the CM department; as well as assisting with maintenance of the department shared drive downtime forms and templates by keeping them up to date and available.Notify director manager of any peer-to-peer cases.Required Education and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent
