Eram Talent is seeking a highly skilled Decommissioning & Demolition Manager on a short-term basis to join our team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of decommissioning and demolition projects, ensuring operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage decontamination (flushing, cleaning, gas‑free certification) prior to demolition
- Supervise dismantling of equipment, piping, and structures safely and efficiently
- Prepare and implement method statements, risk assessments, and demolition plans
- Coordinate permits (PTW), SIMOPS, and shutdown activities
- Ensure compliance with SADARA, RC, and international safety standards
- Monitor contractor performance, schedule, and progress
- Provide daily reporting and resolve field issues
