**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Dedicated IT Support Technician** to join our team in **McLean, VA** . In this role, you will deliver concierge-level IT support to VIP and Executive-level staff, ensuring the highest standards of service, confidentiality, and responsiveness.

+ Provide high-touch, ITIL-based support to VIP staff by efficiently managing the full lifecycle of incidents and service requests, including independent troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues without Tier 3 escalation.
