What the role is:
You are the psychological health consultant to your affiliated Division/Formation/Command, responsible for developing comprehensive psychological health strategies and providing direct support to service personnel to enhance overall organisational well‑being.
What you will be working on:- Develop and implement psychological health strategies and workplans to meet the psychological health objectives of your affiliated Division/Formation/Command
- Engage with commanders and supervisors at various levels to understand organisational needs and context for targeted psychological health interventions
- Plan and execute well‑being initiatives including well‑being days, organising activities, talks, and visits to promote psychological wellness
- Monitor psychological well‑being status across the organisation
