**What You'll Do**
As a **Defined Benefit Determination Analyst III,** you'll independently analyze and process more complex retirement calculations and review participant data within established timing and quality standards. In this position, you'll serve as a resource for calculation and transaction processing as well as assist in the management and review of participant data and retirement information.
Here are a few examples of the types of things you'll do:
+ Perform and review complex retirement calculations and transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, client/legal documents, and tax requirements, while documenting all steps taken.
+ Investigate and resolve calculation and transaction problems.
+ Consistently meet performance standards by ensuring retirement calculations are completed accurately, on time, and with high quality.
+ May be responsible for mentoring, peer to peer training and quality review.
