Barely Aged was started in 2025, as a casual wine & cheese bar concept in Robertson Quay, positioned to become a leading destination for wine culture in Singapore. It is a 25 seater concept, with plans to add outdoor seating sometime in the second half of 2026

ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on Deli Manager to lead the kitchen and food preparation side of Barely Aged.
This role is responsible for ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency across all food items—from beautifully executed cheese & charcuterie boards to simple, well-prepared dishes for dine-in and takeaway.
You are not just preparing food—you are owning the standards, systems, and workflow of the deli/kitchen function.
