Job Description
After a customer purchases their vehicle, the delivery coordinator demonstrates the vehicle's features and technology to customers and exercises patience with customers who require additional information or refreshers periodically during their course of vehicle ownership.
Status: Full-Time Wage: $18 Hourly (General Work Hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research and be knowledgeable of Toyota products, features, accessories, and product benefits.
- Demonstrate new or used vehicles.
- Drive vehicle to the customer and explain the vehicle’s operating features to the customer’s satisfaction.
- Be available to the Sales teams for test drives, etc.
- Update used car prices and inventory changes on applicable internet platforms.
- Be present and available to help customers who return with questions regarding their vehicle.
