About the Role:
As a Recruitment team leader, you will lead a team responsible for full-cycle Recruiting, Sourcing & Pipelining for niche and hard-to-fill positions from prospective clients. This position will manage a team of professionals responsible for supporting the recruiters in various pods, such as IT, Engineering, Non-IT, and Life Sciences, for clients engaged in an SOW or Managed Services model.
