Job Description
The Delivery Director, UKG ("Delivery Lead”) will support in many different areas of client service all primarily (but not exclusively) through the lens of client delivery. These areas include:
- Direct role in defining, managing and maintaining the Project Manager standards and the project approach/technical method(s) (i.e., UKG Implementations) to successfully deliver on client engagements.
- Success equates to: meeting or exceeding client expectations on (a) project deliverables, (b) quality of the deliverables, (c) value of the partnership, (d) at or under the project budget and (e) scheduled calendar time, and in accordance with our core values.
- Direct role in managing the UKG resource delivery capacity and project assignment. This includes internal and external recruiting, staffing forecast/requirements for each project level and, staffing complement by sold client engagement
