- Monitor customers' daily operational needs
- Receiving and dispatching orders for products or deliveries
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and services providers to resolve any issues or complaints that may arise in the delivery process
- Ensure that’s everything runs smoothly by coordinating with customers
- Providing precise logistics for drivers to follow along on their routes, and coordinating delivery times
- Monitor the progress of drivers and shipments, ensuring that they adhere to delivery schedules and deadlines
- Ensure truck’s availability meet customer’s requirement
- Handle driver’s on-off days, work and rest hours
- Communicate with CSC KL on vehicle availability & delivery schedule
- Monitor driver working hour policy
