DRIVER - CLASS 2 HGV


Hourly Rate: £19.40 - Job Type: Permanent

Rail Gourmet (RG) is a proud part of the SSP Group and we are a leading provider of food, beverage and specialist solutions to the train industry, and offer a one stop shop solution – from logistics and supply chain; concept, marketing and retail, to menu and product, technology and on-board service.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Driver Class 2

Key responsibilities:

  • Complete safe loading and unloading of vehicles, to ensure products are not damaged and are protected from tampering whilst in transit.

  • Ensure that deliveries can be made safely and in accordance with the loading schedule.

  • Check goods off with customer and obtain the required signature and print for sensitive documents.

  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external staff.
