Overview
Ocado Logistics is looking for Customer Service Team Members to deliver top-quality groceries on time across all days of the week. The role involves driving on foot, operating a van, and interacting with customers while ensuring a safe and efficient delivery process.
Responsibilities
- Deliver products on time and in an efficient manner, following pre-planned routes and automatically loaded van schedules.
- Operate the van safely in all weather conditions, ensuring all road safety rules are followed.
- Handle deliveries that may include alcohol products, and ensure the driver is 18+.
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide excellent service.
Qualifications
- Full UK or EU driving licence.
- Minimum of 12 months driving experience.
- No more than 6 penalty points.
- No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.
