A Delivery Assistant (or Delivery Helper) supports delivery drivers by loading, unloading, and transporting goods to customers, ensuring on-time and safe delivery. They typically work in a team with a driver to handle heavy lifting, navigate routes, and provide customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely loading products onto the vehicle at the warehouse and unloading them at customer locations by hand or using hand trucks.
