Insight Global is looking for an experienced Delivery Lead / Business Analyst for one of our top financial services clients. This candidate will be joining an established Financial Technology group within the Risk and Finance Technology space. In the role, this individual will be responsible for leading and supporting change management daily duties (including in-house CRQ administration and Remedy navigation based on SDLCs). Additionally, this individual will be responsible for creating action steps from both formal and informal meetings with Executives and Stakeholders to include items like slide deck preparation, talking point consolidations, Excel trackers, etc. The ideal candidate will be confident and have proven ability to take on the occasional scrum master responsibilities such as managing standups, backlog reviews, and typical agile ceremonies.
