Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end HR Shared Services delivery across Core HR, TA Ops, HRIS, Case Management, Payroll & Benefits
Ensure SLA/OLA compliance and stable delivery across geographies
Drive productivity, automation, and cost optimization initiatives
Lead HR transformation programs including RPA, Gen AI & Agentic AI solutions
Act as primary interface for client HR Operations leadership
Manage governance reviews, risk mitigation, and executive escalations
Lead transitions, service migrations, and expansion programs
Manage large, distributed teams, delivery managers, and tower leads
Drive data-led performance management and service maturity improvements
Support client visits, solution discussions, and showcase transformation success stories
Skills & Experience
15+ years in HR Shared Services / HR Operations delivery
Experience with Workday, SAP Success Factors, Service Now, Zendesk
Knowledge of Gen AI & Agentic AI frameworks in HR doma...
